returns policy
Return Conditions.
We do hope that you love your purchase from With Emmy Loo but just in case, we do have a returns policy.
Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of purchase in original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags attached. Returns not adhering to these conditions will not be accepted.
As we take a lot of pride in sending out our products and have checked these to make sure they are in perfect condition before they leave, we do expect the product you are returning comes back like this. It must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and all original tags still attached. All items must be placed inside a post bag including shoe boxes. We reserve the right to not accept an item back if it does not adhere to the above.
Please take care when trying item/items on as we will not accept items back that have deodorant marks, make-up or tan marks on them, smell of perfume or body odour. When trying on shoes please do this on a soft floor covering as shoes will not be accepted as a return with any scuff marks on the sole or covering.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of earrings.
Change of Mind.
If you receive your item and decide it's not right for you, we do offer a store credit note which is valid for 3 years or exchange for a product. This can be used online or in store and all returns can be done online or in store
Exchanges.
For an urgent exchange on style or size equal or greater to the originally purchased amount we'd recommend placing a new order for your desired item(s) you want to exchange for, to allow for immediate dispatch. Once we've received your return item we will issue a refund. All exchanges must be emailed through to hello@withemmyloo.com.au
Sale Items.
Sorry, we do not offer returns for sale items. A sale item is an item that has been marked down permanently. Sale items are a final sale and will not be accepted for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Refunds.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Refunds are only offered if a garment is faulty.
Faulty/Damaged Products.
We check all our items thoroughly before being sent out, but in the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us direct via email hello@withemmyloo.com.au
To return your items.
All items are to be returned at the cost of the customer, unless faulty or damaged, then we will cover the cost to return. We highly recommend you make your postal return using a trackable service as the item/s remain the property of the customer until received by WEL. Once we have received your return and assessed it will be processed within 3 business days.
