RETURNS

Please be sure to read our returns policy before returning any item and make sure it is eligible for return. Please then send us an email to start the return process hello@withemmyloo.com.au
Once your request has been accepted, package the item and return to us within 2 business days of receiving approval. Returns must go via express post and are at the cost of the customer.

We check all our items thoroughly before being sent out but in the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us direct via email hello@withemmyloo.com.au

Returns can take up to 3 business days to be processed after receiving the item.

Items must be returned with in 10 days of purchase.

Yes, items that are returned are at the cost of the customer and must be via express post. Please take care when returning items back as lost items in post are your responsibility and we can offer refunds, credit notes or exchanges on lost items.

Our main priority is getting your order to you as quickly as possible for you to enjoy.
All orders placed via our online store are shipped with Australia post via parcel post or express parcel post.
Parcel post (same State) 2-4 business days
Parcel Post (Interstate) 3-6 business days
Express post parcel (Same State) 1-2 business days
Express post parcel (Interstate) 1-3 business days
Please note this is an estimate only and once it is with Australia Post we can not control how long it takes to get to you.
All orders are signature on arrival so if you are not at home during the delivery it will most likely be at your local or closest post office. If you would rather your parcel left with out a signature at home please make sure this is noted in your notes under the order.

Once your order has been dispatched with Australia Post you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping notification. All orders can be tracked through the Australia Post website using your tracking number.

Please be aware once your parcel has left the store they become the property of Australia Post. Parcels can be tracked on the Australia Post website using your tracking number.
With Emmy Loo is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods however, if your parcel does not reach you when expected we will do all we can to help you track your order and locate your parcel. Please contact us by email hello@withemmyloo.com.au with all your order details.

Please note that once an order has been placed we are not able to accept any cancellations on it. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so we are not able to cancel any order placed before or after shipping as it is usually too late.
If you wish to return and order once it has been placed you will need to follow the instructions as per our return policy above. -

You can order online and pick up in store at 1B Elizabeth Street, Tanunda SA during business hours.

Products may vary in colour and patterns may not be in the exact position. Colour may differ slightly to photos due to lighting, monitor settings and also phone settings. We try our absolute best to get this as close as possible to the natural colour.
