Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Delivery Times (via Australia Post)

  • Parcel Post (SA only): 2–4 business days
  • Parcel Post (Interstate): 3–6 business days
  • Express Post (SA): 1–2 business days
  • Express Post (Interstate): 1–3 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes. Once dispatched, shipping time is in the hands of Australia Post.

Signature on Delivery

All orders require a signature on arrival. If you're not home, your parcel will be taken to your local post office. If you prefer your order to be left without a signature, please include this in your order notes at checkout.

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Track your order at auspost.com.au.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once your parcel has left our store, it becomes the responsibility of Australia Post. We are not legally liable for lost or damaged items, but we’re always happy to help locate a missing parcel. Please contact us at hello@withemmyloo.com.au with your order details.
