Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase from With Emmy Loo, but just in case — we do offer returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
- Items must be securely placed inside a post bag (including shoe boxes) to avoid damage.
- We do not accept returns with makeup, deodorant, perfume, tan marks, or body odour.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors only — we won’t accept scuffed soles.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do provide:
- A store credit valid for 3 years
- Exchanges in-store or online
Exchanges
To exchange your item urgently, we recommend placing a new order for your desired style or size. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund. Please email all exchange requests to hello@withemmyloo.com.au.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully.
Refunds
We only offer refunds for items that are faulty. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via hello@withemmyloo.com.au.
How to Return
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless faulty or damaged). We recommend using a tracked service as the item remains your responsibility until received.
